Bad .vob .mpg file playback, colors messed up

I am using Avisynth to play a video .mpg and .vob file. They contain the same video information but the video plays like this. Please review the screen shot. The colors are all messed up.

How did you make the MPG from the VOB? Does the same thing happen with the VOB?

neuron2, yes the color gets messed up with both files. The video I did not make. I just got it to work with. The video will play in Vlc or Windows Media Player.

Post a link to a small unprocessed sample of the VOB.
