Digicipher II Standard Specification

I was studying about Digicipher II. It is a digital signal compression standard used on many communications satellite television and audio signals. Digicipher II is Morotola's MPEG-2 based distribution system.

But, I was not able to find information on how MPEG2-TS has been transmited through Digicipher II. I am not able to find specification for Digicipher II standard.

Any help to find out specification of Digicipher II would be very useful.
