I Have A Movie And The Source Is Bad It Have Like This Black Lines and white lines like water....

i hadnt use any script coz the source is like this .. any one plz reply how to remove these lines and make it clean.....

Photoshop, GIMP, PhotoFiltre, or your favorite alternative photo editor. The film was damaged much too badly to hope for tools like Despot to recover anything.

probably some compositing package is the way to go (i would try after fx), can you post few (say 10) frames sequence where some frames are bad?

no way i will fix this, long hours are all belong to you :), but here is a summary (with after fx ver 7.0)
it is about:
1. clone tool
2. using the offsets to align moving part of the shot between frames
3. sourcing your data from frames before or after the incident
4. probably some other tricks

A good start might be the scripted RemoveDirt function. That will fix some of the problems for you, and leave you will less to clean up by hand.

Can you provide a higher quality of that? what is your source? is it from the actual film reel u have? If so, provide a lossless file of that and no deinterlacing either.
