Use mkvmerge which is part of MKVToolnix found here:

i have tryed but when i mux subtitles and finish everything , when i open movie show english subtitle not my subtitle . i don't know why .
And these subtitles i can see just in gomplayer not in other players . I think sub file it's not burned .
any other method

Perhaps you extracted the wrong subtitle stream from the DVD.

When you muxed the subs into the mkv did you set the language and default track options?

Yes i set that .
when i play i don't see subs .
just in gomplayer i see because i set subtitle language .
I think subtitles are not burned ,
with vobsub when i burn i can see at all players.
please help me
