bbMPEG settings right in DVD2SVCD 1.0.6 build 1?

Hi!

I installed the new DVD2SVCD 1.0.6 build 1 and was wondering why the bbMPEG-settings
for the startup-delay has changed from previous 180ms each to 0ms each.

Is this just an installation error or the new default value?
Do I have to change it manually to 180ms?

Those are the new default values. Just leave them as they are.
