Converting DV PAL avi file. Framerate reported as 25.001 so 2svcd tells me it will adjust. Goes through the process but can't mux as file not found error reported. bbMPEG looking for ???_ntsc.mpv. Here's the log why the ntsc.mpv entry

he original video framerate of 25.001 is not supported. The framerate will be adjusted!

maybe you can try to mux the output files manually.
there should be an .m2v file and an .mp2 file in your output directory.
so execute runbbmpeg (itīs in the dvd2svcd/bbmpeg directory) and mux the two streams manually.

i'm not absolutely sure but this might fix your problem.

It is now a confirmed bug, which I have fixed here.
