How do i join together 2 M2ts files

Sorry if this has been asked before.
In some blu-ray films the main film is split into 2 m2ts files. which program should i use to join them together.
My aim is to run the joined file through ripbot264 and back the film up onto a dvd9.
ps. into the blue is the movie.

TSSplitter works well, slight stutter at joining points. this has been covered in many threads btw :P

If done properly there shouldn't be any stutter, If your getting stutter you need to use a different method.

Thanks for the advice i will try your ideas when i get time. at the moment im experimenting by opening the playlist file in tsmuxer. Seems to work but it takes so long to try things when working with high-def. I could do with 3 high end computers
