h264info and runtime errors

have been using h264info with h264/AVC files I get from BR images or downloaded .mkv's or transport streams, with intention of putting into BR/AVCHD structure

I keep getting "the application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way'. Usually h264info will process a small bit of file, then push out this erroor

Have tried this on several PC's (updated Xp with SP3, Xp with SP2, and Vista without SP1)

Keep getting these errors on many different h264 files

Any idea what's wrong?
Are there some other .dll's I need to install

BTW I am using the Lite alpha 0024 and 0025

Most likley the .ts's you downloaded are corrupt. probably should use files from the original disc
