How to change language in DVD structure?

When I create a new DVD structure with pgcedit, the default language is set to english (en).

How do I change it?

Use PgcEdit's LU plugin.
It can be downloaded from the homepage of PgcEdit.

But you don't need to change it, as when there is only one language unit, its language code is irrelevant, because the LU will be used anyway.

(BTW, the next version of PgcEdit will have the "Rename LU" function, as well as all other functions of the LU plugin, integrated in PgcEdit itself. The plugin will be obsolete.)

In DVDRemake: right-click on 'Menus en' in DVD tree and select 'set language code'.
