Swapping Xvid/Mpeg audio channel

I have a bunch of Xvid/Mpeg files I wish to swap the audio from the left to right and right to left. Is there a batch tool I can use for this?

You can use GoldWave (It has a batch function) to perform the swap and then use VirtualDub v.1.8 (Use "Job Control") to add the new, revised audiostream back into the .AVIs...
