Problems backing up Vince Vaughn's wild west comedy show

Hi,

DVD fab Plat left out the entire movie and rip it for me ran into troubles. Said disk may be dirty but it's not. Clicked on proceed any way and it failed at dvd shrink. Anyone got any ideas?

You got the latest version? According to their forum, they fixed this in 5.0.3.0
