merge 2 mkv files [solved]

I'm using StaxRip and I have a DVD with 2 discs but when I try to combine all the files from both DVD's the subtitles doesn't get detected.

But when I Rip one disc at a time the subtitles are detected.

So I guess I'll create 1 MKV file for each disc so I'll have 2 mkv's
and after that merge the 2 MKV files. Is this possible?
And if so, how?

Mkvtoolnix will work. Start mmg.exe, add 1st mkv, select it and click "append", choose 2nd mkv and finally click "start muxing".

You mean StaxRip did not extract the subtitles, in this case you could extract them manually.
