View Full Version : VobBlanker messed up with timing

let's say I have a movie(DVDR one: menu, Ads, Trailers, and the movie) when I deal with it by vobblanker I got a timing problem

supposedly, there's a trailer that lasts 30 second directly before the beginning of movie
after I process it with Vobblanker I got 2 minutes for the trailer (that consists of 30 sec for trailer and 1.30 min for starting the movie) then movie run normally

how can I force the vobblanker never change that time

remarkably, when I import the movie into VobBlanker, gives me some warnings like

( VTS 0X: Detected 3 cells in PGCs not referenced in C_ADT
Using PGC initial and ending pointers...)

and

(VTS 0X: Detected 23 cells with pointers mismatch between VTS_C_ADT and PGC_PBK tables
Using VTS_C_ADT initial and ending pointers...

This is quite usual in ILV/multiangle VTSs, but VobBlanker does not support them,
except in skip mode.

Note: This is NOT an InterLeaVed VTS)

any hint would be appreciated

Your rip is bad. The 2 tables should cross reference each other. VobBlanker must pick one to use and it has probably picked the table which has re-referenced the cells, leading to a longer playback.

thank you blutach, you right but the problem is I don't rip it I just recompiled the movie and updated IFO when my problems begin
the Original IFO contains 3 PGCs one all movie and 2 rest are the movie split into one for warning and other for the movie
I update the original one and the problems pop up

my question is there any way to make vobblanker skip this checksum ??? (pardon me if that's stupid question)

Sorry, we can't help you. Please read rule 6.

If you have this DVD, re-rip it.
