I was backing up a my copy of National Treasure 2 and dvdhddecrypter worked and dvd shrink, shrunk it got through the analysing and encoding phases of dvdshrink and is says
burn failed at 6x. Thought it was disc. I recently tried a diferent movie. Robin Hood w/ Kevin Costner. Figured it was an older movie. Same result. My kids were playing on the computer the other day might they have changed something in dvdshrink? Or do you think my burner might be dirty?
Any suggestions? Should I do a restore point?
I NEED HELP PLEASE

Hi!

Yours appears to be a burning problem. Try any or all of the following:

1) Use higher quality burnable media (such as Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden)

2) Burn at a lower speed

3) Run a DVD/CD cleaning disc on your burner. Maxell makes one that sells for approximately $10US
