Here are two samples:

When playing these with Haali Splitter, it will start filling the video buffer, but if it isn't big enough (57 frames for the smaller one, unknown for the big one, though more than 85), it won't continue playing once the buffer is full.
If you seek somewhere into the video, far enough from start (a few seconds or so), it will play fine from there.
The problem seems to be in the Flac audio track. Any other audio - Flac or something else - works fine, but this one seems to cause problems with any video it is muxed with.
This happens only when using Haali Splitter. VLC and MPC's internal both works fine.
