Can't run Subresync

I had been using Subresync tool for some times and suddenly it can't start anymore. Try reinstalling vobsub 2.23, but no avail. Same thing happen with Submux. Any solution to fix this 'unable to run'?

Try performing a "System Restore" back to the last time things were working properly...

Too bad that I never enable the "System Restore" to begin with....(cause it take up free space,haha)

When you say you've tried re-installing VOBSub did you, as you should, first UN-install it?

I already uninstall it and deleted all the file left in the program files folder before I reinstalling vobsub.
