How do i contact a mod?

anyone? i got a warning for breaking the rules, and the reason was #16 which is

"Instructions by the moderator team are to be followed" although i wasnt sent any instructions!

i dont understand ....

can a passing mod explain?

You can PM any of us (but the mod who issued you a warning would be the most logical) or Doom9.
