How to merge VOBs?

Hi, I converted an avi to dvd, I checked the folder and the vobs were split 21 minutes, 21 minutes and 1 minute intsead of it 43 minutes in one. does anyone know of any good vob merging programs so you don't notice the cuts. :thanks:

The DVD spec requires the VOBs to be 1GB max in size, so that is why they are split.

If you need to merge them for some other purpose, then use can use COPY /B in a command window. Use search, it's been discussed many times.

copy /b vob1.vob+vob2.vob+vob3.vob full.vob

Also you can open the first vob with avidemux, index it and save as mpg.
