i ve a h264 mp4 video and want to re-encode in xvid

the mp3 playback duration is 23:54

i use avs directshow to read the mp4 for encode

however the output avi time duration is not match with the mp4
such that the audio & video is not in sync

I suspected it maybe a vfr video content but I don't ve any evidence.

Any tools to check whether it is a vfr mp4 content ?
