I recorded a HDTV programme on my PC.
The output format is h264 ts file including a subtitle track.
I ripped out the subtitle track with projectx outputted in idx, sub format.
Then I use subrip to change idx, sub subtitle into bmp subtitle which will pass for ocr.
Most outputted bmp subtitles are fine accept few of them like the following.
