Old Capture Card Problem

Ok, this is pretty strange, my ATI Theater 550 Pro CC is appearing as a removable piece of hardware. :eek:

It never did that before, I have had a case where even my HD's appeared as removable but I fixed that with Regedit.

Is there a fix like that to for my capture card? Or anything that can stop this thing from appearing as removable hardware. It's annoying and isn't even supposed to show up like this.
