Does anyone know how to extract the mpeg movie from a CD-I disk that is "hidden".

My DVD player does not show anything and a computer is showing a blank disk. This makes the disk not usable.

I can rip the entire CD to hard-disk but without knowing how I remove the header I am stuck.
I have tried VCDGear but does not find anything in the file.

I found that I could copy the film with Isobuster.
The film needed to be remultiplexed which I did with bbMPEG to get some VCD-compliance.
The result was not exactly VCD since it had the size 368x272 instead of 352x288 for PAL.
I did the authoring with VCDEasy and finally played on my DVD.

My only problem now is that i would like to extract the chapter information to use when I author the disk.
Is there any way to do that?
