How to load .xml profiles in x264.exe ? using the command prompt.

x264 doesn't have XML profiles.

I guess it was exported with MeGUI so you could just import it with MeGUI and copy the command line from MeGUI. Latest StaxRip beta can also import xml profiles and show the command line.
