SoundOut Internal plugin?

The AviSynth Internal Filters page shows that SoundOut is an internal plugin yet I have tried it and it is not a recognised function. I have had to download a plugin and put it in my plugins directory for it to work. Can anyone tell me why this is so? I am using AviSynth 2.5.7.

The wiki is correct, just read it better. SoundOut is an external plugin for version 2.5 but as is stated in the wiki will be inlcuded internally for 2.6

Yes it is. The SoundOut thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=120025) would be the source of that information.
