As u see, unlike a logo, the timer will be changed for every min.

Why is this mark embedded in the first place? No legit source material should have an embedded time code unless it is for effect, eg the "24" TV show.

@adrianmak

Hi!

I believe there is a logo named "DeLogo", or similar, that can deal with that...

Isn't delogo for unmoving objects? This time code is constantly changing so I don't think delogo will work.

delogo will work for solid areas, too.
You just have to ensure that you tell delogo to assume all possible pixels covered by the timer are opaque.

is it possible to put in video subtitles (time) which can be used as the mask for delogo? the subtitles will be generated from current frame count?

Breakfast TV shows often have one.

The time code seems quite opaque, so deblend might not work anyway.
Apart of that the deblend & inpaint function of AVSinpaint allows dynamic logo removal (IF you get the "logo" alpha&chroma somehow). In that case analyzing each number separately might work an the edges, but the opaque parts will have to be filled. EXinpaint on that areas with strong temporal filtering gets usually good results. If you use Exinpaint on YV12 clips - the mask color is defined as 2 Hex values for each part of YUV, using the RGB equivalent of the color doesn't work.
