Is this possible with PGCEDIT?

I have a DVD movie on my HD that already has an .ac3 audio track (lets say a 2.0 track) I want to add another .ac3 audio track to the movie (lets say a 5.1 track)

I know I can create a whole new VTS using the movie and both audio tracks in my authoring program and then replace the old VTS with the new one with PGCEDIT but is there way to add only the one .ac3 track to an already completed DVD?

No. Adding an audio track requires demuxing and remuxing, therefore reauthoring the DVD. As you know, PgcEdit can import the reauthored movie if you want to keep the original menus and navigation.

Use muxman.

Are you saying Muxman can do what I want to do? Or that I should use Muxman to add the audio track to the video? You can't demux a VTS can you?

Use PGCDemux to demux, muxman to remux, and PgcEdit to reimport the movie.
Don't forget to save the celltimes.txt file when demuxing, and to import it in muxman!
