Again coaster...
My Dell Inspiron notebook goes into standby (after time over) while burning a dual-layer DVD.
Windows XP.

There's no code in ImgBurn to block standby.
If Windows enters it then I guess it thinks the system is idle.
I'll see what I can do for the next release.
Right, Win$ thinks it is idle. When you press a key while burning it works.
I'm sure you will find a fix.

have you changing your laptop settings so that it doesn't go into standby mode? for the time being, it might be a solution (better than creating a great set of coasters at least)
