Quality - Actual vs. Streamed

I've been making copies of my Blu Ray movies, saving them to my PC and streaming them to my PS3. I was curious if this cut down the quality of the audio/video???

To put on my PC I used AnyDvD, TSREmux, rename.mpg and stream. I can't do this with VC-1 or DTS HD, but everything else works fine.

Why would it affect quality? You haven't recompressed anything. The only thing it might affect is if your tv supports the mode the PS3 refers to as "24Hz mode." I doubt the PS3 enters that mode while streaming, and therefore it probably duplicates frames when you stream to display it on your tv and wouldn't do that if played from the Blu-ray itself. If your tv does not support that mode then I can't see what difference it would make.
