How to create SUP files?

I want mux my native language subtitle in SUP format but i can not create SUP format in HD Resolution. I try with SC it's only support SD resolution. :)

These both can convert srt subs to HD sup files.

Thanks B4tm4n but i can not create sup files with my language after i create from subread it produce unreadable character.
