Problem downloading key file??? help jdobbs!

I just reinstalled Windows on my computer (Vista was stuck in a reboot loop!) and now I am unable to re-download my key for DVD-RB Pro...

All I am getting is STATUS: Connecting.. Downloading.. Unsuccessfull.. Connection Closed.

Is there a problem with the key server?? I have never had this issue before and this is since yesterday..

I apologize for this. I was stuck out of town with no connectivity -- and of course that would be the time that my (normally dependable) server went down. It's back up and running now. I'm going to have to find a way to make this thing redundant.

Is it possible that the key file server is down again? I think it might need to be checked out. :)

Sorry. I'm away from my office again and it was showing OK... but the key file server app was frozen. I reset it this morning.
