Above is part of the error message while burning a DL. Apart from that, the disc seems to play fine, so what is possibly the cause of error?
I notice there are many cases of "Audio Play Operation in Process", what that has to do with disc burning?
Thanks for all the time for reading!

I 13:01:03 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: CMC MAG-D02-00) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x)
Change your media to Verbatim, +R, 2.4x, MKM-001-00, Made in Singapore. What you have now is just junk.
Also, keep an eye here (http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=DRW-2014L1&type=map&mapindex=0) for firmware updates.

@BigCondor
Hi!
I guess the most obvious initial question is, what audio device was active when you attempted this burn?

I get the Potential 'WaitImmediateIO' Deferred Error message with my Samsung burner when the disc is trying close or finalize at the end of the burn. I did a search and noticed a lot of people posting the same problem with ImgBurn and the 203B drive on cdfreaks and ImgBurn forums.
I can burn SL DVD video without a problem, but ImgBurn gives the error when I create data discs on the Samsung 203B. The files burn without the error if I use the same media in my LG burner. Its a shame because the 203B gives near perfect scans. I had to go back to Nero to create data discs with the 203B.

@Video Dude
Turn off "Perform OPC before write" and also "DVD+R Reserve track" in the write settings.

Thank you very much for the suggestions. Actually it is not my problem and I'm asking this for someone else. I will inform him of the suggestion and see what he manages to improve.
1. He admits that the quality of the disc is not good.
2. He says the firmware is most recent.
3. He says he reboots everytime before burning and the issue does not show up while burning D5.
I have suggested him to try again with a better disc.

Put it back on DAO write type too.

Thanks, I'll remind him of the above point.
Btw, I assume that DAO is the default value, isn't it?

Yes, it is.
