I have a feeling that my question here will be regarded as posting in wrong forum or as asking obvious questions. And If I'am right, then sorry. Nontheless I am looking for a GUI encoder able to encode from plain frames stored in PNG, BMP or JPEG (PNG preferable).

2nd option is to enable frameserving in virtualdub, then open that server with avisynth and encode.
