CCE Multiple Encoder Processes?

Does CCE work with Multiple Encoder Processes? I have a Q6600 and have set Multiple Encoder Processes (4) but only one CCE window opens.

CCE doesn't allow multiple instances of itself, so DVD-RB can only run one at a time. But since CCE is multi-threaded, it will take advantage of your processors -- not as efficiently as if there were multiple instances, but pretty well.
