Hey folks,
So I'm trying to get Dus Numbri encoded. It's an Indian DVD, which as we know can be troublesome.
It's NTSC, but I think it came from a PAL master (and originally FILM) - as applying RePal in AviSynth makes it look pretty good.
That said, there are problems with this title. DVD Decrypter sees two separate titles - but each of these is only half of the DVD. So - I have to rip both. So I tried ripping in file mode.
Unfortunately when I do so, then extract the subtitles, there are problems. Halfway through, the subtitles cut off. I'm just trying to burn VobSubs into the video stream, and encode to x264. Nothing fancy.
I'm thinking these problems are due to weird authoring / errors. I know there are a lot of tools out there for working with VOBs - VixVTS, VobJoin, IFOEdit etc... but I'm wondering what you decrypting experts would recommend for me to get this movie into one seamless title with subs and everything.
Thanks!!
