Stuck on AutoPlay

I am using DVD Decrypter and it can't read the first sector of a DVD - apparently it is getting stuck on the Autoplay section. Does anyone have any suggestions to get around this?

My apologies if I am in the wrong forum, please point me in the right direction.

Hold down shift before you insert the DVD.
