RMVB anime

Hello,

I googled some for Converting AVI to RMVB, the AVI source is DivX ( or XviD not sure:P) 640x480 about 22 mins long each episode the file size is like 175mb each episode.
Now what i want is to convert them to RMVB like i said i tried googling but no luck i found some tools and tried encoding but it came out all sad.
What i want is an RMVB, output file size around 50mb or lower, resolution either 640x480 or 320x240.
(its my home made anime ... uhm ... yeah ...)

I hope you guys can help me out thanks.

2. H.264 is much better than RMVB at low bitrates.

ok i followed your 1st point now the 2nd one is there any fast and easy way to use it, i dont want it to be to complicated.
