Where I'm trying to get to but can't due to these ERRORS.

I'm trying to get to opening the Ripped DVDFolder in PGCDemux and choosing the Main Movie, then to break it down as "PGC" (m2v, audio streams, .sup files, celltimes)

Why can't I get there

Breaking down the main movie in PGC Mode in PGCDemux gives me "Reached end of .VOB too early"

Why am I doing this?

So after I've successfully broke the film down into streams (m2v, ac3, celltimes, .sup) so I can then MUX the film back with other Audiotracks of my choice (Rus, Ita, Spa, etc)

HELP.

The file size appears smaller than mine. I have 7 vob's from the main movie at 1,048,544 kb. Maybe it wasn't ripped correctly.

This is not an error at all. You simply have a title with interleaved units in it.

VobBlanker can not work with such titles. DVD Remake (Pro) works quite satisfactorily. Not sure about the non-pro version.

To remove interleaving/angles, you can try a mock strip with IfoEdit.

I'm pretty newb at this, so you'd have to guide me through or show me an already written guide.

And as for a bad rip, I don't know..I've ripped it more than once with same results. And dialysis1, this is a FULL DVD rip, not main movie only

So if it's not an error, what is preventing PGCDemux from demuxing the main movie into PGC's ??? "Reached end of .VOB too early"

NVM. I found this, http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=84097 I'll try this in a moment then will come back with results. Just a question though, after this "mock strip" is created.. What's next? Load it up in PGCDemux, is my thoughts...

so I've got some windows popping up with this strip method.

I went ahead and re-ripped the DVD so it's only the main film. By IFO method.

This is what it looks like.

http://img240.imageshack.us/img240/1017/originalripic7.jpg

after Step 7 of this instruction http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=84097 after all the VOBS are stripped.

This little message pops up

http://img366.imageshack.us/img366/9579/errorstripew9.jpg

I click ok, and it seems to continue; now it's "Changing VOB information"

just want to know if this message screws up the process?

Also, Step 9 of the instruction doesn't make it clear if I should copy only the VOB files or truly ALL ALL files, including the newly created "VTS_04_0.BUP" and "VIDEO_TS.VOB" as well as "VTS_04_0.VOB" both of which (new VOB files) are at 0kb

Then STEP 11 Is also confusing.. because If after I have copied the new files to the ORIGINAL Ripped DVD, then It means it will overwrite the original IFO... I'm just not understanding if it means after the overwrite I open the new IFO or whether the NEWLY created IFO from the Strip method should be copied there at all...

@dialysis1, @digifruitella

Based on the sizes of at least the first four (_1 through _4) VTS_04 .VOBs in the directory listing presented as "Ripped with DVDDecrypter in FILE MODE", it may be indicative of DVD Decrypter having been set to rip only one of the multiangles - which in turn, makes the .VOBs incompatible with the .IFOs...

looks like the strip method worked and I was able to break down the movie into m2v, celltimes, etc..

however, there's a problem I'm having with Muxman.

When I load the m2v file, it's trying to mux it as 4:3... and the original video is 16:9.. when I try to force it to 16:9.. doesn't matter which of the 3 (tried them all) and hit "START'

there comes a window that says...

"There are errors in the script, see log for details"

yet when I leave it as 4:3.. and hit Start.. it doesn't show that message and proceeds to mux.

Also, when I try to Force it to 16:9.. in red, there's writing that says "1 files will be skipped" right below the preference.

You should pay attention to what has been said above.
Try to re-rip in file mode, but be sure to untick the Settings -> File Mode tab -> Multi Angle Processing.

If that doesn't work, keep your current rip, and patch the VOBs with DVDPatcher to force the 16:9 aspect ratio before the mux.

DVDPatcher did the trick, thanks
