Logo's and Encoders Sig Video Overlay?

I am trying to find a program that i can easily overlay a small image of some text preferably in .png like format so as to hold its transparency from photoshop onto specific sequence of frames. Specifically i am trying to brand my encodes the a small (Encoded By: Archangel2187) somewhere during the credits at the beginning (I want to be able to place this anywhere on the screen, as vdub has a image overlay option but no option for specific frames for that to appear, and does not support placement outside of the 4 corners, or transparent images) as well as a simi-transparent logo of the encoding group me and a few friends are starting in the upper right hand corner of the video, this is also a .png and i would hope that there is a way to preserver the images transparent nature. Also I would hope that the act of doing this can be accomplished to already encoded files without re-encoding and risking the video quality. In other words do all this with a direct stream copy of the original video file.

Look into the .ass subtitle documentation on how to embed an image, use aegisub to apply it to the frames you want.
