I am currently in the midst of mixing the audio for a documentary, as one of the extras I am having to do a 5.1 mix.
My question is can music tracks that have been mixed in stereo be used in a 5.1 mix or do they have to originally mixed in 5.1?
Sorry if this question is retarded i know very little about 5.1 except for the basics.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am up against a limited amount of time.
