Alright, I have tried many times but nothing seems to work. Here is what I am trying to do. I want to resize a movie to make it 16:9 using the virtualdub resize filter. I did that with no problem. Previously I used dvd2avi to make the .d2v file and I loaded it into vfapi. I got the pseudo avi and loaded it into virtualdub to resize it and to frameserve it into CCE but when CCE is encoding as I watch the screen, the frameserver does not seem to be sending over frames. I tried to encode the pseudo avi to a real avi and then convert it to mpv using CCE but my results were poor... there was blotches throughout the movie. I am currently using Windows XP. Am I going about this the right way? Is there anything else I can use to frameserve to CCE without losing the quality?? Maybe someone can tell me the correct way of doing this because I can do it without using the virtualdub frameserver but I cannot get it to look 16:9.. help me please
