Lossless VOB Timecode Fix

I have some ripped DVDs on my hard drive, and they play fine if I play them as a DVD, but if I try to play the separate vobs, the video cuts out and skips. I hear this is a problem with the timecode, so does anyone know a way to losslessly fix the timecode on the vobs without having the remake the DVD, so I can just overwrite the file in the dvd folder and it will play fine if I open it as a DVD? I would prefer mac software, but windows software is fine too.

Playing individual .VOBs that are part of a DVD "package" is not advisable, as it usually results in undesirable effects - such as hearing the wrong audiostream...

Why would you want to play individual .VOBs?
