HD DVD to mp4

I am having trouble doing this conversion. I tried to use nero to do the conversion and get progressive audio desync. The video looks fine, my only concern at this point is the audio. Could some one give me suggestion so that I could multiplex the 2 files to a single mp4 file using nero 8 ultimate.
