I am new to capturing HD footage. I have tried to edit out commercials from TS HD h264 streams using h264Cutter, but everytime I do the sound go way out of sync during each cut. Is there any software out there that can cut out commercials from h264 HD streams with as much ease as h264cutter ? I haven't been able to find any. Also for some reason the software says the frame type must be changed to AllFrames from the default setting, could this be a reason it is going out of sync ?

Any software info be appreciated, even paid software, doesn't have to be free, as long as it does the job well I am willing to pay for it.

Thanks.

yup, since you then no longer cut on idr frames only

Can you think of any reason why the video file can't use IDR frames ? I capture from HD satellite TV in the UK.
