I need exactly that. I was using the Subtitle Filter from Virtual Dub, to edit the file demo.ssa but I only managed to edit 2 minutes from the file (SSA).

I need to convert subtitles (SRT tiny files) to SSA. Subtitle Workshop promissed to do this job, but the file was always yellow, and I was not able to change other settings (like the font color/size). I also need to move all the text to center, not the left/right of the corner.

I believe Subtitle Workshop can't do this job and it's generating a SSA file with flaws.

Any suggestions to make these subtitles already a part of the video? I need that to show some friends of mine, like it was a VHS tape (forced subtitles, you can't remove them, they are already part of the image).

Thanks! :p :thanks: :)
