VobBlanker: Blank Short Black Spots Too?

Using VobBlanker, sometimes I find small, very short duration black spots on one or both sides of some video segment that I want to blank.

Is it good to blank the short black spots too, is it better to leave them in, or does it matter?

Doesn't matter. Why bother? It saves nothing.
