hey,

i was wondering if it`s possible to extract wmv audio tracks from one file. I have a wmv file that has 4 different audio tracks integraded in one wmv file. I was asked to extract those audio files into wav. I`ve been trying and trying with no such luck.

Does anybody know how to do this?

thanks

The Windows Media Stream Editor (wmstreamedt.exe) demuxes all audio tracks to your harddrive.
The wma tracks can be easily converted by any audio program to wav. Winamp, Foobar, etc....
For Winamp you must have the Nullsoft Windows Media Decoder and the Nullsoft Disc Writer Plugin installed.
Of course, if there's a copy protection on this file, it may fail :p
