Hi!
Sony Vegas+DVD Training Series\demodisc.ISOHave you PLAYED the .ISO (in VLC or similar) to determine if it is viable for copying?

Try turning off OPC check in the settings (write tab --> Untick perform OPC before write).
But it appears that your drive/media is not happy.
I 18:36:38 Source File File System(s): ISO9660, Joliet
This should be ISO9660/UDF1.02. UDF should be in the FS somewhere for a DVD-Video.

@DansanSony Vegas+DVD Training Series\demodisc.ISO
1) Again, have you PLAYED the .ISO (in VLC or similar) to determine if it is viable for copying?
2) What software and procedures did you use to rip this and the other three related DVDs?
3) Did the other three backups turn out okay?
4) Have you previously successfully burned DVDs (From .ISO or otherwise) on this system?
5) Why are you bothering to backup a set of instructional DVDs?

I do believe this one has been solved - http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=6396

@blutach
What is actually being determined by "Optimum Power Calibration" testing?
Is IMGBurn identifying a problem with the individual blank disc, or a problem with the burner? (or is it yet something else?)
Whichever of the two it is, how can it be that the same disc in the same burner can generate a "Power Calibration failed" notification and then, after selecting "Retry", no "Power Calibration failed" notification and disc burning commences?

@setarip_old
Please see here (http://www.osta.org/specs/pdf/opc.pdf) for a good description of OPC.
ImgBurn certainly doesn't identify the problem - it simply sends a comand to the drive (some drives do this automatically anway). The OPC area is written to, so as to ascertain the proper writing power and ensure reflectivity is OK, and if successful, the writer adjusts for best recording as it goes along (this is ROPC).
In terms of your last question, just speculating, but it might be that the absense of an OPC test (which might have failed), didn't throw up errors at the beginning of the burn.
