Subtitles out of order

Hello.
I ripped a BR which had the main movie splitted in 6 parts. I copied them together (copy /b part1.m2ts + part2.m2ts + part3.m2ts .... all.m2ts) and loaded it into TSRemux and demuxxed it. The picture and sound are ok, but the subtitles not. e.g. the last sub in part 1 ends at

and the first of part 2 then starts at

As you can see, the 2nd part starts at 00.00.000 ... and so do th e other 4 parts...


any solution about this?

Apply a delay to the second and futher parts of the length of the video before they need to start. You should be able to do this with several tools, Aegisub for instance.

Part 1 = 5 min
Part 2 = 5 min, delay 5 min
Part 3 = 5 min, delay 10 min
Part 4 = 5 min, delay 15 min
Part 5 = 5 min, delay 20 min

It's not so easy... they start different times and I dont know the delay

You said that the second, and later parts start at zero. Therefore you should delay the second part of the subs by the length of the first video, and the third part of the subs should be delayed by the length first plus the length of the second video.

Or have I misunderstood what you have written? I am not actually familiar with Blu Ray ripping so I based my statements on a general problem.
