Does anyone know why when I select Full disk backup, it does not include the little DTS intro on DVD's with DTS? Hope this hasn't been asked. I took a big chance thinking no way it could've been. If there's a way to force RB to include that little intro, I'd love to know the trick.
TIA

While that option removes the DTS audio, I'm not sure it would also remove any DTS video intro - I always pre-process (sorry jdobbs) to remove them so I may be mistaken.
My first thought was that the intro was being removed by your ripping application as it was recognised as a useless / annoying cell.

DVD-RB doesn't remove anything that is referenced (played) unless told to do so by the operator. I'd guess the removal is happening somewhere in the preprocessing, maybe?

If you have removed the DTS button and stream, there is a chance that the DTS trailer is now unreferenced. Most DVDs will play a DD or DTS trailer based on the state of a register. This could be causing this issue.
Anyway, without the IFOs we'll never know.

The only pre-processing I did was in the VIDEO_TS.IFO to make it skip the warnings. When I select Full backup, the DTS intro (Titleset 5) isn't listed in the Input Settings window. It's like it isn't even there. Unticking the remove DTS audio option still doesn't let it show up in Input Settings. Maybe I'm missing something?

Perhaps it is because the VTS is too small to be listed (and is therefore copied 100%).
See the help file for hidden settings and look for vts_min_size. If you want greater control over this, put this line in your INI file and edit it.

Good point.
Have you burned it and played it back? Small VTSs (by default) don't get listed or reencoded, they are copied intact.

Did that. Still no go. The DTS intro is only 13MB and the default vts_min_size is 25625 (52MB) according to help file.

Yes I did burn it and play it. As its played in PowerDVD, you can tell it skips that particular titleset with a quick split second.

I can't believe I actually figured my problem out. Since I didn't include the dd2.0 audio that goes along with the DTS intro, it just didn't include it. Least I think thats what the problem was. I did a 1 pass w/analysis and it was there.
