Intel:
Intel is going to couple CPU and GPUs in H1 2009. 45nm-built Havendale and Auburndale parts will both offer two 'regular' CPU cores and one graphics core.
Also the first quad code mobile CPUs are coming in Q3 2008 and later this year a few updates in server processors are in plan with the release of the 6-core Dunnington and the quad-core Nehalems (both pulled into Q3)

AMD:
Shangai Opterons (45mm) are scheduled for H2 and it seems everything is on track. Price cuts are planned for Phenom and Athlon CPUs in april and finally the B3 stepping (free of TLB bug) core is ready and it's being shipped in the form of Opteron processors. B3 Phenoms will follow soon. AMD started also delivering the 3-core "Toliman" Phenoms 8400 and 8600 (still B2 stepping) to the OEMs. The price is still unknown but rumored to be well under $200. Retail parts will be B3 stepping (free of TLB bug).
